New School Buildings

Millhouse Infant & Junior Schools

Due to increasing pupil numbers, additional accommodation was required at both schools. A new single storey building was provided to each school, with a glazed link corridor to the existing buildings. They are both constructed of load bearing brickwork, to match the existing buildings and have mono pitch aluminium roofs, which also provide covered play areas.

The new Infant building houses three reception classes and a 26 place Nursery with associated toilets, stores and enclosed external hard and soft play areas. The new Junior School building houses four classes with toilets and stores.
